Restorative Yoga
Rest, breathe, and come home to your body
A slow, nurturing yoga practice focused on deep relaxation and nervous system restoration. Props are provided. All bodies welcome — this is not a fitness class, it's a healing practice.

Holistic Wellness Circles
Nourishing mind, body, and spirit together
Monthly gatherings exploring nutrition, movement, emotional health, and spiritual wellbeing as an integrated whole. Each session features a guest practitioner and open discussion.

Neighborhood Care Network
Practical love for our local community
A hands-on program connecting volunteers with neighbors in need — meal delivery, home visits, grocery runs, and companionship for isolated elders and families in transition.

Youth Mentorship Program
Walking alongside the next generation
Trained mentors meet weekly with youth ages 12–18 for one-on-one support, life skills, and community connection. We're currently seeking mentors and accepting youth referrals.
