The Neighborhood Care Network changed how I see service. I thought I was coming to give, but I've received so much more — friendship, perspective, and a reason to show up every week.

Restorative Yoga was the first time I felt safe in my body in years. The instructor creates a space that is genuinely trauma-informed and deeply compassionate. I can't imagine my week without it.
